NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-008669 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company, Successor in Interest to Colonial Bank by Acquisition of Assets from the FDIC as Receiver for Colonial Bank is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Chandler Hamblin McCollin a/k/a Chandler H. McCollin a/k/a Chandler McCollins, Deceased; Curvill Mayers; Chandler H. McCollin a/k/a Chandler McCollin a/k/a Chandler McCollin, Jr.; Darryl Jerome Baker; Monica Yvette Ramos a/k/a Monica Y. Ramos a/k/a Monica Ramos f/k/a Monica Yvette McCollin f/k/a Monica Y. McCollin; Crystal Lashawn Everett a/k/a Crystal L. Everett; Adella Mycalah McCollin, a minor child, by and through her guardian, Sharon Denise Smalley are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, EASTERN TERRACE ESTATE NO 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
