NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-006203 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and Lin Newlands, Unknown Party #1 nka Andrea Newland, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the October 24, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, AND THE SOUTHEASTERLY 11 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK C-9, OF TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 ON PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID SOUTHEASTERLY 11 FEET OF LOT 2 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBES AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2 AND RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 134.61 FEET TO THE EASTERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2 AND RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 11 FEET ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2 THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 133.5 FEET IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, 11 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 11 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
