NOTICE OF MEETING SCHEDULE FISCAL YEAR 2020 MAGNOLIA PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Magnolia Park Community Development District (“District”) will hold its regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2020 on the second Tuesday of the month as follows:

November 12, 2019
December 10, 2019
January 14, 2020
February 11, 2020
March 10, 2020
April 14, 2020
May 12, 2020
June 9, 2020
July 14, 2020
August 11, 2020
September 8, 2020
All such regular meetings shall be held at the The Regent, Rm. #103, Hillsborough Community College, 6437 Watson Road, Riverview, Florida at 5:30 p.m. A copy of the agenda for each meeting can be obtained seven days in advance of the meeting from the District Office at 250 International Parkway, Suite 280, Lake Mary FL 32746 (Telephone: (321) 263-0132 Ex 4209), or electronically, at www.magnoliaparkcdd.org.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the
provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meetings and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.
Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in a meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 374-9105, at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1for aid in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at a meeting is advised that the person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
