NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2019, entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-004802 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2005-C, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-C is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Ojeda, III a/k/a Jose A. Ojeda; Sunrise Rental Homes LLC a/k/a Sunrise Rental Homes, LLC; Unknown Spouse of Jose A. Ojeda, III a/k/a Jose A. Ojeda; The Victory Lofts at Channelside Condominium Association, Inc. a/k/a Victory Lofts at Channelside Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Wilmington Finance, a division of AIG Federal Savings Bank, Federal Savings Bank are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 7th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT V306 OF THE VICTORY LOFTS OF CHANNELSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED NOVEMBER 15, 2004, AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 16, 2004, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14405, PAGE 1458, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14408, PAGE 582, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS ATTACHED THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
