NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004131 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-HE2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and Donald W. Carroll; Julie B. Carroll; Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc., as nominee for Chapel Mortgage Corporation, a New Jersey Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
