NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, and entered in 13-CA-013095 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN 2006-8, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and SECURED CAPITAL TRUST LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF 2006-H110611 LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 1, 2013 ; YELENA V. YEROFEYEVA A/K/A YELENA TRINGALI; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; CARTER BAILEY, LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YELENA V.
