NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-CA-008570 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006 MASTR Asset-Backed Securities Trust 2006-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC3 is the Plaintiff and Richard Henderson; Teresa Henderson are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 11th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, LAKE CARROLL GROVE ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
