NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2019, entered in Case No. 19-CA-003559 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-KS4 is the Plaintiff and Sonia N. Rivera a/k/a Sonia Rivera; Unknown Spouse of Sonia N. Rivera a/k/a Sonia Rivera; Luis F. Rivera a/k/a Luis Rivera are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 214, AND THAT PART OF LOTS 211, 212 AND 213 LYING EASTERLY OF AN EXISTING DITCH, SOUTH WILMA, ACCORDING TO MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
