VELEZ A/K/A JORGE VELEZ A/K/A JORGE DAVID VELEZ; PERLA FELICIANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; NEW MANAGEMENT LLC; CLERK OF COURTS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY are the Defendant(s).
