NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the “Final Foreclosure Judgment” (the “Judgment”) entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Courts, Pat Frank, will sell real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on October 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.:
Lot 3, Block 4, West Park Estates Unit No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 99, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
