NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment entered on August 26, 2019 in Civil Case No. 19-000873-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and GERALD P. SIGLER A/K/A GERALD P. SIGLER, JR.; FIRST CARTHAGE GROUP, LLC; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on October 15, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 16, RIDGEWAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
