NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 19-000297-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank National Association, as Trustee Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and Judith Moir Pettitt a/k/a Judith Moir a/k/a Judi Pettitt a/k/a Judi Moir; City of Tarpon Springs, Florida; Unknown Spouse of Judith Moir Pettitt a/k/a Judith Moir a/k/a Judi Pettitt a/k/a Judi Moir are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, BLOCK 2, OF OAKLEAF VILLAGE UNIT NO 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, AT PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
