NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 12, 2019 in Civil Case No. 16-000110-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE 1834 VENETIAN POINT DRIVE TRUST, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of October, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block “A”, Venetian Point Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 27, Page(s) 26 and 27, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
