NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-005538-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-RS1 is the Plaintiff and Michael V. Solomon a/k/a Michael Soloman; Unknown Spouse of Michael V. Solomon a/k/a Michael Soloman; Shirley J. Sawdey; Unknown Spouse of Shirley J. Sawdey; Clean Cut Professional Lawn & Landscape, Inc. a/k/a Clean Cut Professional Lawn & Landscape are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK “A”, PATRICIAN POINT UNIT 2, TRACT B REPLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
