NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-007322-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR35, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR35, is Plaintiff and VARALAXMI EMANDI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VARALAXMI EMANDI; HIGHLAND WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FREDULIN BATUYONG; WBCMT 2007-C31 US 27 LODGING, LLC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of OCTOBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, HIGHLAND WOODS 2, A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGE 33-34, OF THE PUBLIC RECODS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
