NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statutes §715.109, South Gate Home Owners, Inc. will offer for public sale the following:
1962 Mobile Home; V.I.N. 29931; Title Number 1418138 and all contents, and on the 4th day of October, 2019, at 20000 U.S. Hwy. 19 N., Lot 408, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida 33764, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord. The name and address of the former tenant is Joseph Roland Dubay a/k/a Roland Joseph Dubay, 20000 U.S. Hwy. 19 N., Lot 408, Clearwater, Florida 33764.
