NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2019, and the Agreed Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale set for August 22, 2019 dated August 19, 2019, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Ken Burke, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 24th day of October, 2019, at 10 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 12, LESS THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET THEREOF, AND LOT 13, LESS THE NORTH 6.00 FEET THEREOF BLOCK 21, SUNSET HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT, THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
