NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-007398-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Andrew Mitchell, Sr. a/k/a Andrew Mitchell, Cynthia C. Mitchell, Bayway Isles Homeowners Club Inc., United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 22, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, BAYWAY ISLES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 80 AND 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
