NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-006964-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-16N, is the Plaintiff and Viviane Patterson, Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC as Assignee of Cavalry SPV I, LLC as Assignee of Bank of America/FIA Card Services, N.A., Nikn, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 22, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 43, THE MOORINGS OF SAND KEY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGE 11 THROUGH 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
