NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA005719XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2005-E, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-E is the Plaintiff and Edward J. Pudlak a/k/a Edward John Pudlak a/k/a Edward Pudlak; Unknown Spouse of Edward J. Pudlak a/k/a Edward John Pudlak a/k/a Edward Pudlak; Nationwide General Insurance Company a/s/o Ross Cooper; Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, GARDEN MANOR SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 44 AND 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
