NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on July 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-009778-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and HOJIN LEE; HAERYON LEE; YANIRA NAZARIO; HECTOR ORTIZ A/K/A HECTOR R. ORTIZ; INDEPENDENCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on October 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 486, OF SIGNATURE LAKES PARCEL 1C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 102 THROUGH 113, AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
