NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2019, entered in Case No. 482019CA004547A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of the Lillian M. Griffin Trust dated January 13, 2009; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Lillian M. Griffin Trust dated January 13, 2009; Saddlebrook Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 175, SADDLEBROOK A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 30-36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
