NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA008840A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For The Registered Holders Of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC3 is the Plaintiff and Cynthia R. Nichols a/k/a Cyntia R. Nichols; Unknown Spouse of Cynthia R. Nichols a/k/a Cyntia R. Nichols; Rose Hill Groves Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 190, ROSE HILL GROVES UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
