Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida on September 17, 2019, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
Legal Description: Lot 184, THE VILLAS OF COSTA DEL SOL, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 25 and 26, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

to the highest and best bidder, for cash at Orange County's Online Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 4, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
