THE SOUTH 120 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGIN 911 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST; RUN THENCE SOUTH 300 FEET, THENCE WEST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 300 FEET, THENCE EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE NORTH 30 FEET IN ROAD AND THE WEST 15 FEET TO EASEMENT FOR DRIVEWAY. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL MOBILE HOMES LOCATED THEREON.
