NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA014030A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Gerard R.A. Francis a/k/a Gerard R. Francis, Deceased; Mirabella at Lavina Homeowners Association, Inc.; Carmeline Suba Francis a/k/a Carmeline S. Francis a/k/a Suba Francis f/k/a Suba Gunaratnam; Andre V. Francis; Aidan S. Francis a/k/a Aidan Francis are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, LA VINA PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE(S) 66-75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
