NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-003592-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is Plaintiff and HILDA M. GOMEZA/K/A HILDA GOMEZ, LUIS TENORIO, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of November, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1010, OF SUNSET LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8472, PAGE 3367, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
