U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2N (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VICKI SCERING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICKI SCERING; STEPHEN ANDREW SCERING; ANDREA L. SCERING; DANA MICHAEL SCERING; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court for CHARLOTTE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the day of 11/7/2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 101, HARBOUR HEIGHTS, SECTION 4, PART ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 27A THROUGH 27C OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
