Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 14, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
UNIT 12-C, LA PORTA BOCA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMIIUM BOOK 3 AT PAGES 58A THROUGH 58E, AND AS AMENDEDFROM TIME TO TIME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED APRIL 19, 1982, FILED FOR RECORD AUGUST 31, 1982 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 708, PAGE 917 AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/13 SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 3233 WOOD THRUSH DR, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes , on 11/4/2019 at 11:00 A.M.
