NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19000073CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. GROVE GATE INVESTORS II, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERTA E.M. REICHERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTA E.M. REICHERT; EDGEWATER CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court for CHARLOTTE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 23RD day of OCTOBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2-F, BUILDING A, PHASE I, EDGEWATER CENTER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RRECORDS BOOK 1076, PAGES 476 THROUGH 533, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 33A THROUGH 33D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
