NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on July 11, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA003437AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and LISA M. BERCIUNAS A/K/A LISA MAE BERCIUNAS; THOMAS S. BERCIUNAS A/K/A THOMAS SCOTT BERCIUNAS; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JANE DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on October 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, OF THE RESURVEY OF LOT 19 AND LOTS 44 THROUGH 101, INCLUSIVE, OF ORANGE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID SURVEY BEING ATTACHED TO INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 310, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
