RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 5, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018CA004237AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE RESEARCH CENTER, LLC D/B/A VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS, A MISSOURI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and BRETT ALLEN LACY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 21, Bayou Estates North Phase II-A and II-B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page(s) 33 through 38, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
