NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2019, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-004457 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Jaimie Suzanne Smith Waite a/k/a Jaimie Suzanne Waite a/k/a Jaimie Smith a/k/a Jaimie S. Smith; Deer Brooke South Homeowners' Association of Polk County, Inc.; Ryan E. Waite a/k/a Ryan Elliott Waite; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 10th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
