THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SD3, is Plaintiff and FAYE J. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FAYE J. JOHNSON; JERRY R. MILLER; NANCY HAVARD; FLOYD W. JARRELL, JR.; SHARA HALL; FLORENCE PULLIAM; LLOYD M. JARRELL, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of OCTOBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
