NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 4, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA001465000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE CIM TRUST 2016-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2016-2 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KENNETH STRATTON, DECEASED; HOPE STRATTON N/K/A RHETT STRATTON; KIM MCDOWELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

S-555; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOLLOWING A CURVE CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 540.69 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 02° 27' 17” AN ARC DISTANCE OF 23.16 FEET; (SAID ARC HAVING A CHORD BEARING SOUTH 48° 48' 14” WEST), THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE SOUTH 33° 10' 15” WEST 217.92 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 81° 00' 25” EAST 141.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
