NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-000150 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, Plaintiff and Victor A. Renauld, Jr, as successor Co-Trustee of The Renauld Family Trust dated the 12th of March, 2013 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 3, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, INDIAN RIDGE SUBDIVISION. AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY. FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1992, MAKE: PALM HARBOR/PALM TRAILERS, VIN#: PH095078AFL AND VIN#: PH095078BFL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
