COOPER is the Plaintiff and JUNETTE H. CANCIA A/K/A JUNETTA HARRIS-CANCIA; STEVAIN CANCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNETTE H. CANCIA A/K/A JUNETTA HARRIS-CANCIA NKA JAMES THOMAS; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
