NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on September 9, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-0027529 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WEST HAVEN HOMEOWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE GREEN HOMEOWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRANDON JOHN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A APRIL NICHOLS are the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 23, 2019 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, GREEN AT WEST HAVEN PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 1140 Knightsbridge Cir, Davenport, FL 33896
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
