NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000582 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Comerica Bank, Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of the Donn A. Schulte Revocable Living Trust Dated November 22, 1985 et al., are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on October 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2, BUILDING 3, BOLERO AT TIBURON, A CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BOLERO II AT TIBURON, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2611, PAGE 1481 AND BOOK 3352, PAGE 1778, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
