NOTCE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000403-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAP TRUST LLC, 2007-AA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AA3 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY IANNO JR; SANTO A IANNO; CHRISTINE IANNO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; STATE OF FLORIDA; DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC are the Defendant(s). Crystal Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
