NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2019 entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000535, Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff, and DENNIS J. CREADON; ARTHUR L. MILTIADES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRADRICK WOODS are the Defendants; Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on October 17, 2019, the following described real property situate and being in Collier County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 12, ROYAL HARBOR, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 69, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 2043 Tarpon Road, Naples, Florida 34102.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
