NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated September 20, 2018 and was recorded September 27, 2018 in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida as Instrument Number 5618127 at OR 5557, Page 632 and the Claim of Lien, which is dated June 25, 2019 and was recorded July 10, 2019 in the Official Records of Collier county, Florida as Instrument Number 5737302 at OR 5650, Page 2410 all of Collier County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB Manager's Office, 9301 Gulf Shore Drive, Naples, FL 34108 on the 10th day of OCTOBER, 2019, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
