NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order dated September 11, 2019, entered in Case No. 112018CA0036990001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Nevada L. Wilkens, as Trustee(s) of the Nevada L. Wilkens Revocable Trust dated April 15, 2004; Nevada L. Wilkens are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the October 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, BLOCK 28, OF NAPLES PARK, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
