NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-000306-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14, is Plaintiff and UBALDO SUAREZ; et al., are the Defendant(s).
I Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash In the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, FL 34112 on October 17, 2019 beginning at 11:00 o'clock a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 105 feet of Tract 124 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit No. 75, as recorded in Official Record Book 5, Page 11 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
