NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002152-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONS DIRECT MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and EDIS A. AREVALO A/K/A EDIS ARELI AREVALO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 75 feet of the East 180 Feet of Tract 59 and the East 75 feet of the West 150 feet of Tract 59, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 80, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 18, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
