NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003957 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Peter Rosamilia a/k/a Peter J. Rosamilia ET. AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on October 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 10, RIVIERA COLONY, AS PER PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 AND 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

BOOK 998, PAGES 1197 THROUGH 1199 INCLUSIVE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE WEST 110 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 AND PART OF THE WEST 110 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, LESS THE SOUTH 50 FEET THEREOF, ALSO LESS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF AS SHOWN IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 989, PAGES 93 AND 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1970, MAKE: VINDALE, VIN#: 11367A AND VIN#: 11367B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
