NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 12, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2018-CA-002305-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and RACHEL PINDAR; JOHN PINDAR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100015700080822048); FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; GULFWINDS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC;, are Defendants.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 17th day of October, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 260, GULFWINDS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 95 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
