NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA000328CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-07CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-07CB (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and EDGARDO ROSAS A/K/A EDGAR ROSAS; JUDY ROSAS; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUNTRUST BANK, are defendants. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles , ESQ., Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 24, FOX RIDGE PHASE II, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
