RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 13, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2016CA003622CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DENNIS W. KOCEJA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence S 89 degrees 57 minutes 59 seconds East, along the South line of said Northwest 1/4, a distance of 551.13 feet; thence N 32 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 1392.48 feet; thence S 57 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 526.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Continue thence S 57 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 209.00 feet; thence S 32 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds West, a distance of 105.98 feet; thence N 89 degrees 57 minutes 59 seconds West, a distance of 290.00 feet; thence N 14 degrees 32 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 153.92 feet; thence N 19 degrees 36 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 80.65 feet; thence S57 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 101.43 feet; thence N 32 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 38.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 2006 Scotbilt Homes, Inc., Manufactured Home, LEGEND Model #286413-LEG with Serial Number SBHGA1170500602A&B, permanently affixed to the real property.
