NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019 CA 001719 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Bristol North Association, Inc., David L. Bomgardner a/k/a David Louis Bomgardner, Eugenia R. Larsen a/k/a Eugenia Rosemarie Larson, Gerald D. Bomgardner a/k/a Gerald Duncan Bomgardner, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES DEVISEES CREDITORS GRANTEES ASSIGNEES LIENORS TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH J BOMGARDNER, Unknown Spouse of David L. Bomgardner a/k/a David Louis Bomgardner, Unknown Spouse of Gerald D. Bomgardner a/k/a Gerald Duncan Bomgardner n/k/a Lisa Bomgardner, Unknown Spouse of Eugenia R. UNIT 127, THE BRISTOL NORTH A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 909 PAGE(S) 44, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMEDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
